  6. add a little bit of lemon juice.
  7. add a small amount of whiskey.
  8. mix well then add the whipped cream and mix well.
  9. put the crab onto the lettuce bed.
  10. add the sauce on top.
  11. place the larger bits of crab onto the sauce layer as edible decoration.
  12. add a slice of lemon to the edge of the glass to squeeze over the cocktail if desired.
