- shred the head of lettuce and make a bottom layer of it in a large cocktail glass.
- open the can of crab meat and drain it of fluids keep aside a few (10) larger bits of crab leg.
- mix the mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl.
- add the tomato puree.
- add sweetner to personal preference to diminish the sour tomato.
- add a little bit of lemon juice.
- add a small amount of whiskey.
- mix well then add the whipped cream and mix well.
- put the crab onto the lettuce bed.
- add the sauce on top.
- place the larger bits of crab onto the sauce layer as edible decoration.
- add a slice of lemon to the edge of the glass to squeeze over the cocktail if desired.
